Grilled Steak

Got the grilled steak on the 4th of July at the waterfront, and it was perfectly cooked and the prahok sauce for dipping (fermented fish sauce) was on point. Very delicious.

Chicken Ginger

Hands down absolutely the best ginger chicken I've had! I've gone back over and over as they are currently at my work site. I'll be bummed when the contract is over but better believe I'll be finding out where they go next to get my fix.

Beef Broccoli

I, like most people when eating at a new place be it food truck, restaurant etc will pick something on the menu that's familiar. Beef Broccoli has been a go to choice for me since I was a kid. So naturally that's the dish I picked. When I say I have ate a lot of beef broccoli in my life, that's putting it lightly. And I am picky about my favorite dish. Now let me say that the two people working that day were so friendly. Granted our conversation was brief but I could tell he enjoyed not only his work but also enjoyed the customers he meets. And the other person, she was exactly the same. So I placed my order, and soon had it in my hands. When I say that it was the best beef broccoli I've ever tasted is an understatement. It was not a soggy slip that you would sometimes get with the same taste you would come to expect. The beef was tender the broccoli still crisp (as it should be). The bed of rice it was placed on cooked perfectly. All those things are good and expected. What I didn't expect was the seasoning they used in not only the main dish but the rice as well. Each bite I had to pause on because I had never tasted that dish made with such originality. That first bite ruined all other beef broccoli dishes for me. I am honestly a little worried that if I have it any other place besides this food truck I will be disappointed. Whenever I see this truck parked and open for business I will stop by and not to have the beef broccoli. But I want to try everything they have. Because if they can make that dish taste that good, I can't wait to see how their other ones taste.

Loc Lac

The Loc Lac is the best tri-tip I've ever had. The meat has a good amount of pepper taste to it. Also, the sauce that goes with it is delicious. I recommend the Loc Lac to anyone.
